St. Germain French 75

For my first ZEIGN, I wanted to create one of my favorite cocktails, but with a little added layer of flavor! The classic French 75 is a cocktail that will always be a staple for me, and if I’m out at a bar, without a large craft cocktail selection, this is my go to. And you can’t go wrong with Elderflower. That floral sweetness pairs perfectly with the floral notes found in gin. Tart, a little sweet, strong, balanced, and bubbly…Perfection! Let’s make this together.
